Handle disbursement

Instruct the channel/core to handle disbursement of the loan for a credit process.

Overview

The Handle Disbursement API instructs the channel/core to handle disbursement of the loan for a credit process. The flow calls it when the application is ready for disbursement; the receiver looks up the case by referenceId and carries out the disbursement.

The happy path is an acknowledgement only (204 No Content) — no payload is returned. Correlation is per-call via the Correlation-Id header.
